Known for being one of the best Muay Thai gyms in Bangkok for developing the Muay Khao style of Muay Thai boxing, F.A. Group Muay Thai was founded in 1992 and originally based in Issan, birthplace to some of the greatest Muay Thai boxers of all time, after establishing itself as one of the premier gyms in Thailand it relocated to it’ current home in the north of Bangkok.
The gym itself has remained humble to it’s clinch heavy Northern Thai style roots and while it may not be as glamorous as some of the newer more modern Muay Thai gyms it’s remained as one of the top establishments for devolving talent from Bangkok champions such as the formidable Petchboonchu F.A. Group to visiting foreign champions like the WBC world champion Nathan Bendon.
If you are looking to improve your clinch and sharpen your knees in a traditional northern Thai style gym in the heart of Bangkok then F.A. Group Muay Thai is the perfect gym for you.

Quite different in its structuring P.K. Saenchai Muay Thai Gym doesn’t spoon feed its rostered fighters or visiting students, it instead relies on its fighters to be self-motivated allowing students and fighters to come to training during a wider slotted time period and warm up, participate in strength and conditioning and bag work under significantly less guidance than other gyms, with trainers coming to collect you for your pad work rounds when they are available, following your pad work you are free to train how you want in the facility, whether that’s finding a sparring/clinch partner or further strength training.
P.K. Saenchai Muay Thai Gym is one of the Best Muay Thai Gyms in Bangkok and adopts a “iron sharpens iron” mentality to it’s training choosing to devote its coach’s effort and time to those who really want to be there and to those who want to better their craft, As such P.K.
